Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 4, 2017, the fraud Defendant: “CPC bank” located in Kimpo-si B, Kimpo-si (“CPC bank”); “The Handphone using the gold should be returned to other persons; the hand phone should be leased only three months since there should be a handphone to be used in the inside, and the handphone fee during that period should be paid at the cost, and the handphone will also be paid within three months.”

However, the defendant did not have any occupation or property at the time, and there was no particular income, so even if you opened a Handphone in the name of the victim, there was no intention or ability to pay the price.

On August 8, 2017, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, visited the “E” of the Handphone opening company located in Kimpo-si B, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si on August 8, 2017, and opened one handphone (number: F, cellphone7, radio operator: G) in the name of the victim until October 2017, and acquired the pecuniary benefits equivalent to the same amount by failing to pay the amount of KRW 998,298, and the mobile device cost of KRW 1,150,00, total sum of KRW 2,148,298, and KRW 298.

2. On October 11, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 14:33, in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon; (b) the Defendant: (c) purchased a heavy vehicle; (d) the Defendant: (d) purchased the vehicle seller at the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon; and (d) obtained a Handphone from the victim to the “Kakakao Stockholm” gift site installed in the Handphone without authority after obtaining the Handphone from the victim and connected the Handphone to the “Kakao Stockholm” gift site installed in the Handphone; and (d) 99,900g of the market price at 14:43:47:47:69,00 of the market price at 77:47,00 of the same day; and (d) settled the purchase of new information stored in the victim’s name by entering the information stored in the Handphone; and (e) acquired the profits equivalent to KRW 25,905,00.
