1. The Defendants, the Defendant (Appointeds) and the appointed parties G, and H jointly shall:

1. Facts of recognition;

A. Defendant F is each representative director of Defendant A, Defendant B, Defendant C, Defendant D, and Defendant E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant Co., Ltd.”).

The Appointor G served as the auditor of Defendant B as the wife of Defendant F, and if it is difficult for Defendant Company to obtain a loan, the name transfer registration for the real estate owned by Defendant Company was made in the name of the Appointor G.

He was registered as the representative director, director, or auditor of the defendant company, including the fact that he was registered as a director from the time of establishment of the defendant A, and was registered as a shareholder of some of the defendant company, and served as a management director in charge of general management affairs and public relations.

AM entered into an investment contract with Defendant A on May 24, 2004 and November 16, 2005, and died after paying a total of KRW 25 million as stated in the attached Table 3’s “investment contract and investment loan details”, and the Plaintiff V and W inherited the inherited property of AM at the respective 3/7 shares and 2/7 shares of each 2/7 shares.

B. The Plaintiffs and AM, other than Plaintiff U, V, and W, who entered into each investment contract with the Plaintiff following the Defendants’ deception from July 200 to July 2008, entered into an investment contract with the Defendant Company in relation to each of the development projects (hereinafter “instant projects”) such as Gangwon-do, Gyeong-gun, Jeju-si, and Jeju-si, and Jeju-si, NN, etc., each of the attached Table 3 “investment contract and investment funds list” (hereinafter “each of the instant investment contracts”), and regardless of the development projects to be invested by the Defendant, the Defendant in charge of the instant projects at the time of the investment.
