[criminal power] On March 26, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of two million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Incheon District Court on March 26, 201, and was sentenced to a fine of six million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Sungwon District Court on August 27, 2013, and was sentenced to a fine of five million won by the Incheon District Court on November 25, 2013.

On December 22, 2013, at around 14:36, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car without obtaining a driver’s license with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.096% from around 4km to around 4k-dong, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City.
