Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of the Grand City vehicle B in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents and the Road Traffic Act.
On March 27, 2019, the defendant driving the above vehicle at around 08:00, and driving the front road at the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, along the three-lanes from the c apartment protection zone to the c apartment protection zone.
In that case, since there are many vehicles around the area, there were duty of care to prevent accidents by accurately manipulating the front, rear and left, and the right and the right of the person engaged in the vehicle driving duty.
