A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was issued, respectively, a summary order of KRW 4,00,000 on December 27, 201, by the Gwangju District Court as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act ( sound driving), a fine of KRW 1,00,000 on January 18, 208, and a fine of KRW 4,00,000 on December 27, 201.

On April 7, 2014, the Defendant driven C Poter Cargo Vehicles on the roads located near the Gwangju Mine-gu High-Tech while under influence of 0.113% alcohol level without obtaining a driver's license on April 23:30, 2014.
