When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 27, 2019, at around 00:07, the Defendant driven a Dial with Dialty in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.244% from approximately 50 meters to the front road of the said C residential zone from the roads adjacent to the C residential zone B in the Yansan-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
