1. As to the portion of 1,895.75/4 of the 2,054 square meters among the 2054 square meters in Ansan-si Member A, Ansan-si, 2054.5 square meters from the Plaintiff.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of pleadings as to the reasons for the claim Gap's evidence Nos. 1 through 9 (including each number), the defendant filed a registration of ownership transfer on January 2, 2006 with the Korea Water Resources Corporation and Eul on January 2, 2006 (hereinafter "the land in this case"), and completed the registration of ownership transfer under C on the same day after he received the registration of ownership transfer for shares of 1895.75/4 2,05 m2,054 m2,054 m2,054 m2,054.75 m2,000. The plaintiff was awarded the land in this case through a compulsory auction procedure and completed the registration of ownership transfer with the Suwon District Court No. 7759 on July 7, 2008. Since the defendant did not pass a general meeting resolution against the plaintiff, the defendant filed a lawsuit seeking the cancellation of the registration of ownership transfer under the plaintiff's name on July 75, 2005.

Thus, barring special circumstances, the defendant is obligated to take over from the plaintiff the procedure for applying for registration of cancellation of ownership transfer registration in the name of the plaintiff with respect to the share of 1895.75 percent of the land of this case.
