Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving a DPoter freight vehicle.

On November 23, 2012, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicle on November 23, 2012, and led to the right bypassing to the intersection, while driving from the gold-dong to the dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-si.

결국 피고인은 이와 같은 업무상의 과실로 피해자에게 약 3주간의 치료가 필요한 발가락의 으깸 손상을 입게 하였다.

2.
