A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 2, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Daejeon District Court on February 2, 201, and a fine of KRW 2.5 million for a violation of the same Act at the same court on September 24, 2011.

On July 10, 2016, at around 08:19, the Defendant driven a DNA car under the influence of alcohol content 0.080% of alcohol with approximately 10km from the day before the head of the Dong-gu Daejeon Home Pluter, Daejeon to the front road of the Cluter station located in the same si-gu, Daejeon.

2. The Defendant was engaged in driving of the Drops car.

On July 10, 2016, around 08:19, the Defendant driven the said car along the three-lanes of the three-lane road in front of the Daejeon Seo-gu Daejeon District Office B, and proceeded in the direction of a new path from the direction of the Dong.

In such cases, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has been negligent in neglecting his/her duty of care to prevent traffic accidents by accurately operating the steering direction and operating the steering system of the motor vehicle, and has received the back part of the victim E (the 42-year-old driver)'s vehicle driving which was stopped for traffic signal in the same direction beyond two lanes from the first lane to the second lane in the same direction.

Accordingly, the defendant suffered injury to the above victim, the victim G(Y, 14 years old), and the victim H(13 years old) who was on a passenger car in the highest PP, respectively, for about two weeks of treatment.
