A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant was operated by C in Pyeongtaek-gun, Gangwon-do from March 28, 2013 to May 29, 2013.

1. Larceny;
A. B. On May 30, 2013, around 04:37, the Defendant stolen the Defendant’s cash 1.80,000 won in cash owned by the Victim C within the said D gas station’s office.
2. Around 06:40 on May 30, 2013, the Defendant driven the F Condo 101, located in Pyeongtaek-gun, Gangwon-do, on the road front of the 101 parking lot to the same Do Hongcheon-gun (hereinafter referred to as the “F Condo”). Around approximately 100km, the Defendant driven the above 70-wheeled Marae-sportsman without a driver’s license.
