A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the mother of the victimized child B(n, 17 years old) and C(n, 15 years old).

1. Crimes against victimized children B;

A. On August 8, 2018, the Defendant violated the Child Uniforms Act (child abuse 1) at around 10:00 to 12:00 on August 8, 2018, on the ground that a victimized child was at a private house near the Jung-gu Incheon Jung-gu Bridge, Jung-gu, Incheon, when the victimized child was at more than TV.

2) On August 18, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 19:00 on August 18, 2019, when the Defendant was fluorized the victimized child in the Dho Lake’s residence; (b) when the victimized child was fluorized by plastic broom, when the victimized child’s head was fluored by plastic boom; (c) when the kitchen knifs the knife in the kitchen, and knife the knife in the knife, the knife, the knife, and the knife.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed a physical abuse that may inflict bodily harm on a victimized child or harm the physical health and development of the victimized child more than five times.

B. Violation of the Child Reinstatement Act (the coercion, intermediary, sexual harassment, etc. against a child) by the Defendant on August 19, 2019: around 03:00 on August 19, 201

A. (2) sexual abuse, such as sexual harassment, which causes sexual humiliation, was committed on the ground that the victimized child was strokeed in the residence indicated in paragraph (2) on the ground that the victimized child was strokeed.
