A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 9, 2013, around 21:31, 2013, the Defendant, along with D, victim E (36 years of age) and victim F (36 years of age), had been in drinking together with D while drinking alcohol, and caused the victims to spawn the Defendant, and caused the spawn-in disease, which is a dangerous object in which the victims had been in a deposit, and caused the victims to wear the spawn-in disease, and caused the victims to wear the spawn-in disease with the part of the victim E and the part of the victim F face.

Accordingly, the Defendant carried with the victim E with a shouldered fluoral disease, which is a dangerous object, and inflicted injury upon the victim E by tearing the trees and returned parts with which the number of days of treatment is unknown, and the left face part with which the number of days of treatment cannot be known to the victim F.
