1. The Plaintiff:

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On September 2010, the Plaintiff is an organization consisting of the sectional owners of A-commercial buildings (hereinafter “instant building”), an aggregate building consisting of three underground floors, nine above ground floors, and the same Dong (hereinafter “Dong sign omitted”) located in the Seoul-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City site (hereinafter “Seoul Special Metropolitan City”) AH, AI, AJ, and two underground floors located in each site of AK, and five aggregate buildings of four above ground floors (hereinafter “instant building”).
