Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 08:30 on May 1, 2020, the Defendant driving a DCo-sports cargo vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from around 24 km section from the front of the B road in Ansan-si to the front of the Mayang-si, Ansan-si.

2. While the Defendant was prohibited from operating a motor vehicle on the road which is not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, the Defendant driven the motor vehicle without mandatory insurance at the date and place indicated in the above paragraph (1).

1. The scope of punishment by law: Fines not exceeding 13 million won;

2. The Defendant, who was sentenced to a sentence, operated a motor vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance with a license without a license after the license was revoked due to a drunk driving.

Provided, That the punishment as ordered shall be determined by comprehensively taking into account the fact that the defendant is found to be wrong, the period of non-life insurance, and other various sentencing conditions.
