Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On October 27, 2013, at around 04:45, the Defendant driven approximately 15 km from the front of the Changdong-dong in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the front of the 19th road in Songpa-gu, Songpa-gu, Songpa-gu, Seoul, with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.164%.
