B, with C, etc., by deceiving the persons related to Seocheon Tax affairs, received KRW 7,502,40 of the value-added tax refund amounting to August 8, 2014 under the name of Seocheon Tax Office, Inc. on August 8, 2014, and corrected the trade name of Seocheon Trading Co., Ltd. with D and C, on five occasions from October 6, 2014 to February 6, 2015, it received KRW 1,03,963,00 of the value-added tax refund amounting to KRW 2,159,250,630 of the value-added tax refund amounting to KRW 34,60,00 of the value-added tax refund amounting to KRW 360,40,400,000 of the value-added tax refund amounting to KRW 1,03,00,000 of the value-added tax refund amounting to KRW 1,630,016.

B was prosecuted due to the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes (Fraud), and was sentenced to a conviction of 9 years of imprisonment and 18 billion won of fine through the first instance court [In Incheon District Court 2015 High Court 735, 755 (Joint), etc.) and the appellate court (Seoul High Court 2016No1690), and the judgment of dismissal was finalized as it is.

B. The existence of the Plaintiff’s damage claim against B and B’s insolvent 1) The Plaintiff filed a lawsuit claiming damages against B, C, etc. by the Incheon District Court 2016Gahap5005 (Fraud) against January 4, 2016.

On November 25, 2016, B and C shall be jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff.
