A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. From July 20, 2012, the Defendant committed theft of structures at night on July 20, 2012: around 00:20, 70,000 won; 80,000 won in total; 1.60,000,000 won in total; 70,000,000 won in total; 70,000,000 won in total; 80,000,000 won in total; 3.70,000,000 won in total; 40,000,000 won in total; 3.6,00,000,000 won in total; 3.4,00,000,00 won in market value of 5,00,000 won in total; 3,00,000,000 won in total;

2. The Defendant committed larceny of a structure at night on July 24, 2012, on July 24, 2012, the following: (a) intruded the victim H in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government by any other creshing method; (b) approximately 250,00 won in total in the market price of the victim’s ownership; (c) approximately 10,00 won in total amount of 50,00 won in the market price; (d) approximately 2,220,00 won in total in the market price; (d) 3,50,000 won in the market price; (e) 2,52,00,000 won in the aggregate of 3,00,000 won in the market price; and (e) 2,50,000 won in the aggregate of 2,00,000 won in the market price; and (e) 2,50,000 won in the aggregate of 1,628,00,00.
