1. A special intimidation: (a) around 18:30 on January 4, 2016, the Defendant: (b) expressed the attitude that he would inflict a bodily injury on the victim by taking a knife knife (15cc in length of the knife) with a knife, which is a dangerous object cited by the victim, while drinking alcohol in the “E” type D, operated by Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S., as a means of cooking; and (c) expressed the attitude that he would inflict a bodily injury on the victim by taking advantage of the knife knife’s knife, which was a dangerous object cited by the victim.
Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.
2. On January 4, 2016, at around 19:40, the Defendant: (a) reported to the police by the victim D (31) who is the head of the above restaurant; and (b) reported to the police, the police officer sent out the disturbance at the restaurant; and (c) took the head of Japan, which is a dangerous object stored in the above restaurant, after the police officer returned to the restaurant; (d) took the head of Japan, which was a dangerous object stored in the above restaurant; and (e) destroys the decoration of KRW 942,90,00 at the market price, such as the race, contact, and scam, which was entered the hall; and (e) continuously prevented the victim from continuing to restrain the disturbance; and (e) caused the injury of the victim, including the 5-day head of the above Japan, which was a dangerous object, by cutting off the body of the 5-day head of the above restaurant.
Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous articles and damaged the victim's property and injured the victim.
around April 2014, the Defendant visited the “General Brokerage Office of △△△△△△” working as a brokerage assistant by Ulsan-gu G located in the Dong-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do, and became aware of the fact that he had become aware of the fact that he was living with H from June of the same year and was working as a brokerage assistant at the above office.
The Defendant, separately from August 2015, operates the J Co., Ltd., a company that supplies human beings from Ulsan-gu I to the construction site.
