Punishment of the crime
[2015 Highest 588] Defendant A is the secretary general of the H Market Federation, Defendant B, Defendant C, Defendant D, and I are the H market security guards, and among them, Defendant C, Defendant D, and I are the behavioral representatives of violent organizations.
H Market Commercial Federation (the presidentJ) has been delegated by Jung-gu Office to perform duties related to the lease of commercial buildings, including "M" operated by victims L in the squares south of the K Building from Jung-gu Office.
Defendant
A used security guards, including Defendant C and others, to interfere with the business on the ground that the table table, chairs, air conditioners, etc. in the victim's store intrudes the business boundary.
