A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On March 18, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in Busan District Court. On December 10, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to two years and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in Busan District Court, and on February 3, 2016, the Defendant completed the execution of the said punishment on October 11, 2017.
1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) and the Defendant suffering from a structure: (a) around 07:00 on July 20, 2018, the victim E, who was a driver, was parked in the bus standing in Busan City, in front of the "Diplomatic Association" located in Busan Busan, was stolen by taking out one unfluored part of the market price, consisting of one credit card 1, etc., which was owned by the victim; and (b) from that time until December 20:07, the victim was sentenced to imprisonment more than three times for larceny, and then intruded into the building managed by the victims for the purpose of larceny on three occasions in total during the period of repeated crime.

At around 15:00 on October 15, 2018, the Defendant embezzled each of the property that was occupied by the victims three times in total from the time to February 11:00 as shown in the attached Table 2, including the following: (a) the victim H was left in front of the “G” located in the Busan-gu Busan-gu F, Busan-do; (b) the victim H was found to have a bank in the market price containing cash of KRW 252,00; (c) the cellular phone; and (d) the victim was returned to the victim; and (d) the Defendant embezzled each of the property that was occupied by the victims three times in total from that time to February 1, 2019.
3. On November 6, 2018, the Defendant violated the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act: (a) purchased tobacco from “J” located in Busan J” located in Busan J on November 12:15, 2018; and (b) completed the purchase of tobacco No. 1 annually. 2.
