1. All appeals filed by the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) against the instant principal lawsuit and counterclaim are dismissed.

2. The costs of appeal shall be the principal lawsuit.

1. The reasoning of the judgment of this court citing the judgment of the court of first instance is the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, it is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420

(The grounds for appeal by the Defendant do not differ from the allegations in the first instance court, and in light of the evidence duly adopted and examined by the first instance court, the first instance court’s findings and determination are justifiable). 2. Then, the first instance court’s judgment is justifiable. Thus, the Defendant’s appeal against the principal lawsuit and counterclaim in this case is dismissed as it is without merit.
