Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 6 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, while working as a private person for the insurance design of Hyundai Llop Life Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Mo Dlop”), as a branch office B, demanded the insurance contractor’s financial guarantee for the insurance contract that his designer received, on the ground that the insurance amount was large, on the grounds that the insurance amount was large, in the company’s insurance contract, the Defendant had been willing to submit to the company a document by which the insurance contractor’s financial capability was proven.

A. C’s document forgery and event 1) On July 28, 2016, at the Defendant’s office located in B located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D’s 16th floor, the Defendant stated that “the payment statement” column was “employee C, resident registration number E, employer’s trade name (ju F, G, business operator registration number H, business place number I, business place number I, business address transfer city J, and for submission of a certificate to a financial institution,” and that the Defendant received the payment of KRW 4,042,850 each month from January 2016 to July 2016; “proving that the payment was made; July 28, 2016; and (“State F”) signed the F’s name and sealed it in advance.”

2) The Defendant: (a) stated on the date, time, place, and for the same purpose as indicated in the preceding paragraph, with the phrase “detailed statement of entry and withdrawal transaction”; (b) stated the phrase “IBK Bank, C,” along with the phrase “the thickness” on the top of the left side of the document, along with the phrase “IBK Bank,” on the top of the right top of the document; and (c) stated on the middle part “the date on which data are provided: July 15, 2016,” stating “The details of entry and withdrawal,” on April 16, 2016 to July 15, 2016 from April 19, 2016 to July 14, 2016.”
