The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. At around 01:05 on August 1, 2012, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s face with a suitable knife obtained from the victim C (the age of 57) at Goyang-gu Gyeyang-gu B head on the charge.

2. In light of the judgment, the above facts charged constitute a crime falling under Article 260(1) of the Criminal Act and cannot be prosecuted against the victim’s express intent under Article 260(3) of the Criminal Act. Since the victim C appeared in this court as a witness and withdraws his/her wish to punish the defendant on April 16, 2013, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
