A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. An attempted larceny at night;
A. On March 15, 2014, the Defendant committed a crime on March 15, 2014, at around 00:00, at the time of the Victim R, located in Chungcheongnam-si Q, Chungcheongnam-si, the Defendant did not commit an attempted crime without having the intent to keep the dogs located therein in the wind, where he/she found a stolen object, using a gate in which he/she had a mind that he/she satisfies the Defendant’s sexual desire, to steals clothes or shoess that he/she would be able to steal by satisfying his/her sexual desire.
B. On April 30, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 22:00 on April 30, 2014, the Defendant opened and opened an entrance with the mind that the Defendant would steal female clothes or shoes, which is capable of meeting the Defendant’s sexual orientation, to satisfy the Defendant’s sexual orientation; and (b) did not commit an attempted crime on the wind, when he was behind a newche on the second floor of the scene.

A. On April 3, 2014, the Defendant committed a crime on April 3, 2014, at the same place as the above Paragraph 2, around 02:23, the Defendant did not commit an attempted crime, even though he/she went away from the wind with which the guard company emergency level was sounding the second floor corridor, with the mind that the Defendant would commit an indoor theft of women, which would meet the Defendant’s sexual desire, and failed to commit a crime.
3. On April 30, 2014, the Defendant was sexually taking place in a Y-care center operated by the victim X, X, U in Gyeong-si, Chungcheongnam-si on April 30, 2014.
