1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant D and E shall each be KRW 30,162,89, and each of them shall be annual from August 2, 2014 to April 13, 2015.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is the deceased F and net G’s husband, and Defendant D’s husband. Defendant B and C are the male and female of the deceased couple, and Defendant D and E are the male and female of the above couple.

B. The deceased F died on November 3, 2012, and the deceased G (hereinafter “the deceased”) died on August 1, 2014, and the Defendants are the deceased’s property successors.

On December 2012, immediately after the death of the deceased F, the Plaintiff made an oral agreement between the deceased and Defendant D, E, and Defendant B, C, etc. to lend the litigation cost, such as attorney fee, etc. to be spent by the deceased for the performance of the said lawsuit, inheritance tax, property tax, etc. to be paid by the deceased for inheritance of the deceased F’s property, and the deceased’s living cost.

The amount leased by the Plaintiff to the Deceased according to such a lending agreement is as follows.

If all of them are combined, the amount leased by the Plaintiff to the Deceased is KRW 120,651,578 (= KRW 19,357,283, KRW 56,731,680, KRW 37,407,230, KRW 7,155,385). The amount to be borne by the Defendants, who are the property inheritor of the Deceased, is KRW 30,162,89, respectively.

Of the costs of lawsuit lent by the Plaintiff to the Deceased, Defendant D, and E, the amount to be borne by the Deceased is KRW 19,357,283 as shown in attached Table 1.

B. The Plaintiff spent expenses related to the deceased F’s property inheritance, and the amount loaned to the deceased is the sum of KRW 56,731,680 as shown in attached Table 2.

C. The amount that the Plaintiff lent to, at the request of, the deceased for living expenses, etc. or paid on behalf of the deceased is KRW 37,407,230 as shown in attached Table 3.

The Plaintiff received a loan from a bank to raise loans requested by the Deceased, Defendant D, and E. The sum of the amounts the Plaintiff paid as interest on the said loan by August 2014 is KRW 21,466,156, and the deceased’s among them.
