"2015 Highest 370"
1. On November 2013, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim C, stating, “If he/she lends money to another person and receives high interest, he/she will return money within 2-3 months if he/she would return money.”
However, on May 2013, the Defendant opened the “E” point in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, and provided 7% interest per month from other persons and repaid 15 million won per month, and operated the said main point by lending 200 million won, but the said main point was not well operated, and thus, the Defendant was liable for 300 million won as of November 201, 2013. However, even though the Defendant was planned to use the money borrowed from the victim as the operating expenses of the said main office and the interest on the borrowed money borrowed from other persons, the Defendant concealed the aforementioned circumstances to the victim.
As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 3 million from the victim’s agricultural bank account on December 12, 2013 to the Defendant’s agricultural bank account on December 12, 2013, and, from around April 11, 2014, remitted or acquired KRW 267,300,000 through 19 times in total, as indicated in the crime list as shown in the attached Table.
The Defendant borrowed money from the victim as above and repaid KRW 73.6 million as interest.

2. On September 15, 2009, the Defendant made a false statement to the Defendant’s house, Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si, F apartment 16 205 Dong 16 and 205, and called, “If the Defendant borrowed 50 million won from the apartment that lives in money to the H apartment to the H apartment, he will move in once again, and pay back the money borrowed from the money returned for the lease on a deposit basis for the present apartment.”
However, the fact that the H apartment's key money is 120,000,000 won and the return of the key money was scheduled to pay the said key money, and special property or fixed income at the time.
