1. The defendant,

A. The Plaintiff (Appointeds) KRW 26,765,227, KRW 15,048,046, and KRW 4,316 to the Appointeds C.

From December 16, 2011, the Plaintiff (Appointed hereinafter referred to as the “Plaintiff”) served as an employee of the Dong Sea Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Dong Sea”) from May 1, 201; from July 10, 2015, from July 10, 2015 to September 30, 2016; from January 27, 2013 to December 21, 2014; from January 27, 2013 to December 21, 2014, the Plaintiff (appointed hereinafter referred to as the “Plaintiff”) was not paid the Plaintiff wage of KRW 9,415,144; from KRW 17,350,083; from KRW 2,74,70; from KRW 12,273,276; from each of the appointed parties’ wage D; or from each of the parties’ respective arguments to the instant rehabilitation proceedings, the Defendant did not pay the Plaintiff wage of KRW 4,3160,7147.7.7

According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay the plaintiff wages and retirement allowances totaling 26,765,227 won (i.e., wages totaling 9,415,14 retirement allowances totaling 17,350,083 won), totaling 15,048,046 won (i.e., wages totaling 2,774,770 retirement allowances totaling 12,273,276), and accrued wages and retirement allowances totaling 15,046 won (i.e., wages totaling 2,774,770 retirement allowances totaling 12,273,2766), and damages for delay calculated from October 15, 2016 after 14 days from the retirement date of the plaintiff and the aforementioned designated parties, to the designated parties E at least 6,378,144 won and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from January 5, 2015.

In this regard, the defendant caused enormous damages to the defendant due to the plaintiff's act of fraud, embezzlement, or breach of trust while working as the defendant's employee, so the defendant's damage claim against the plaintiff against the plaintiff is set off against the plaintiff's wage claim against the defendant.
