Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On September 16, 2013, at the D restaurant located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, the Defendant: (a) ordered the D restaurant to hold a meeting; (b) before the victim E (the 70-year old age), the Defendant ordered the Karalu to hold it more than the order, and (c) caused the water in water to go to the victim’s face, and (d) caused the victim to put about about 14-day medical treatment when the water in water to go to the victim’s face and the water in water to go to 3-4 times.
