A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Abrepted brecknife (No. 1), and abrepte (No. 2) shall be confiscated, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

On January 23, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year for the crime of special intimidation in the Young-gu District Court (Seoul District Court). On January 31, 2019, the Defendant was finally sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months.

The Defendant was sentenced to a suspended execution and a community service order for 40 hours, as stated in the record of the crime record, for the case of threatening B residing in neighboring areas and the victim C (name after the opening of the name: D, 31 years of age) who is one of his wife, and was sentenced to a deadly weapon.

On March 17, 2019, the Defendant, at around 21:00 on March 21, 2019, performed mixed alcohol in the Defendant’s residence located in Chungcheongnam-gun E, the implementation of the community service order was too difficult due to the above judgment, and it was thought that there was a cause for the Defendant to receive the above judgment.

At around 23:30 on the same day, the Defendant collected and carried 1 sheet (19.5cm in total, 19.5cm in length, 9.5cm in blade) and 1 baker (22cm in length in total) in the main machine, and opened an outside entrance and exit door to the victim F in the Gyeongbuk-gun F and his wife, and opened an outside entrance and exit door, while putting up the inner entrance door and exit door, the Defendant fably fashed the victim at the house with sound “Ia, such as Ia,” and fab.

Since then, at around 23:55 on the same day, the Defendant possessed 1 b and 1 brek, and sought the residence of the victim B and her wife again, opened an outside entrance door, and entered the outer entrance door, and brupted the inside entrance door, and brupted the victim who was in the house with sound “B, B, B, and breged to die like b, B, and so on.”

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.
