A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates "CMamb" in Yeonsu-gu Incheon, and the victim D (n, 25 years of age) is a person who worked for the above business from January 2018 to July 22, 2018 as an employee.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim.
