Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Power】 On February 16, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of two million won for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Gwangju District Court. On July 8, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for eight months and two years of suspended execution.

On November 14, 2013, at around 00, the Defendant driven the above cargo while under the influence of alcohol with 0.190% of the blood alcohol concentration without a driver’s license, and passed the front road of the village hall in front of the village hall in the Gangnam Jin-gunomy-gun, Gangnam-gun, the Defendant got back from the side of the agricultural warehouse to the entrance of the village village.
