Of the judgment of the first instance, the Plaintiff’s KRW 18,210,000 against the Defendant and its related thereto from March 26, 2019 to January 15, 2021.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On June 23, 2017, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant with the content of supplying and planting landscape trees at the place designated by the Defendant (hereinafter “instant contract”) (hereinafter “instant contract or the instant contract”). The key contents of the instant contract are as follows.

The contract amount of trees: The contract amount of KRW 125,000,000 in daily gold (125,00,000): the condition that trees are cut down at the place designated by the Defendant; 1) the conditions under which the Defendant designates are cut down and cut down, and the Plaintiff completes planting to the place designated by the Defendant, and all the expenses shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
