A A shall be punished by a fine of one million won, by a fine of three million won, and by a fine of one million won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 22, 2016, from around 16:00 to 18:00 of the same day, the Defendants ambling up with a person who first pays three points by using the 52 head of the Sinsi-gu in Busan, and the person who first pays three points by adding 300 won to three points, and 100 won for one additional point, on several occasions, from around 16:00 to 18:00 on May 22, 2016.

2. Defendant B, at the date, time, and place of the above 1.1. item, knew of the fact that 5 persons, including the Defendants, do so, do so, but provided 52 copies at the place and place to assist the above 1.1. item, and 52 amblings were prevented by facilitating their gambling.
