A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 5, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, as a person engaged in driving of C1 ton cargo vehicles, was under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of 0.169% without a driver’s license on January 5, 2014, the Defendant driving the said vehicle and driving the said vehicle at a speed of about 50 to 60km per hour toward the direction of the National Sports Center, leading to a road prior to the sub-section of the sub-committee in the direction of the sub-committee in order to the front of the sub-committee in order to ensure the proof of the sub-committee in order to drive the said vehicle.

2. On January 5, 2014, at around 20:29, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven the Poter vehicle in the section of about 5 km from the front of the Defendant’s house in Gyeong-gun, Jinnam-gun to the front of the Jin-gun, Jin-gun without a driver’s license, to the front of the Jin-gun to the road in front of the Jin-gun, Seo-do. The Defendant driven the said Poter vehicle in the section of about 1.5 km from the Hyundai Steel to the road in front of the Jin-gun, Seo-do. While under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.169%, the Defendant driven the said Poter vehicle in the section of approximately 1.5 km from the said Hyundai
