Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On September 27, 2019, the trustee in charge of the installation and management of the recycling clothes in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government was changed from B to C.

On October 23, 2019, the Co., Ltd., which the defendant is in office as a director, entered into an agreement with C on the collection and sale of clothes, but the victim F, G, and H, which had been entrusted by B through the former Co., Ltd., did not comply with the defendant's request for transfer of clothes collection and sales rights.

1. On December 16, 2019, between 04:30 and 01:00 on December 18, 2012, the Defendant: (a) used a cutting machine to have the name-free employees of the Dispute Settlement Bank Co., Ltd. set up in Dongdaemun-gu I, Seoul, and the victim Hawon installed in J Japan set up in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul; (b) cut up the locks corrected in 20; and (c) destroyed each damaged property by using the locks corrected in 42 of the victim’s clothing collection box installed in the Dongdae-gu Lbag during the same period from December 19, 2019 to December 01:00.

2. In addition, from the end of December 3, 2019 to January 01, 200, the Defendant destroyed the 42 garment collection box owned by the victim FF in the same manner as described in paragraph 1 at the same place, 22 garment collection box owned by the victim G, and 20 locks each corrected in 20 boxes of the victim H H-owned clothes collection box.
