The punishment of the accused shall be determined by eight months of imprisonment.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, who was married in around 200 with the victim C (V, 36 years of age) and around 2002, but was divorced due to the Defendant’s domestic violence habit around February 2015, is a person who was living in Gwangju North-gu D205, the residence of the victim C even after divorce, and committed assault against the victim C and his family.

1. A crime committed on December 1, 2015;

A. On December 1, 2015, while under the influence of alcohol at the victim C’s residence, the injured Defendant saw the victim C’s brea at a time, on the ground that he left late late, and her hand boomed with her booms, and walked several parts, such as her head, chest, breast, and snick, and walked with the victim C’s body again, and her boomed the victim C’s body, with approximately two weeks of treatment.

“In the course of making the garment, the victim E's bridge was cut one time and the breast was taken several times for drinking.

Accordingly, the defendant abused the victim E, who is a child, thereby undermining physical health and development of the body.

2. The Defendant committed the crime of December 31, 2015: around 02:00 on December 31, 2015, the part of the victim C’s bridge that he/she had drinking together with the victim C while drinking together with the victim C at around December 31, 2015; and the victim C’s bridge that he/she had drinking without any justifiable reason is cut off one time, and the Defendant “pathn” thereafter.

“Chewing years” was expressed to the victim C who fights against the victim C, and the victim C expressed her head in the wall by putting the head debt of the victim C in his/her hand, and assaulted the victim C by drinking his/her arms, face, and breast at the time of drinking.

3. On January 5, 2016, the Defendant, who assaulted on January 5, 2016, is drunk at the victim C’s residence on January 5, 2016.
