Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 50,000.
Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 25,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime
On February 12, 2011, at around 19:30 on February 12, 201, the Defendant smoked in the Giju Station located in racing-si, marked that the Defendant would not smoke tobacco.
