In light of the records, the court below is just in maintaining the judgment of the court of first instance that acquitted the charged facts of this case on the ground that there is no proof of such crime, and contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there is no error of law of misunderstanding facts beyond the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules or misunderstanding the legal principles as to admissibility of evidence

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
