1. The Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff KRW 500,000,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from February 13, 2018 to the date of full payment.

The Plaintiff filed a claim against the Defendant for a payment order claiming payment of KRW 2 billion and damages for delay against the Seogu District Court Branch Branch Branch Decision 2008Da1688, and the above court issued the same payment order as the Plaintiff’s application on January 16, 2008, and the above payment order became final and conclusive on February 5, 2008.

The Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit in order to extend the prescription period for the claim of KRW 500,000,000, which is a part of the above claim.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay the same amount as the written order to the plaintiff.
