On November 21, 2013, around 23:48, the Defendant driven a B-car from the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Yeongdeungpo Military Station to the upper street of about 5 km alcohol concentration of about 0.062% from the Yongsan-gu Seoul Military Station to the first street of about 302, Yongsan-gu.
