1. The Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff KRW 631,00,000 and KRW 200,000 per day from September 12, 2015 to the day of full payment of the said money.

In fact, on May 14, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a sales contract with the Defendant for the following terms of the instant land and buildings (hereinafter referred to as “the primary sales contract”) on the land listed in paragraphs 1 and 2 of the attached Table No. 1 (hereinafter collectively referred to as “instant land”). The Plaintiff entered into a sales contract for the instant land and buildings (hereinafter referred to as “the primary sales contract”) on the ground.

The purchase price of KRW 4.9 billion - the down payment of KRW 500 million - The intermediate payment of KRW 300 million - The intermediate payment of KRW 300 million is paid in June 30, 2015. The remainder of KRW 4.1 billion is paid in August 14, 2015. The seller shall deliver all documents necessary for the registration of transfer of ownership to the buyer simultaneously with the receipt of the balance of the purchase price and shall cooperate in the registration procedure, and the date of delivery of real estate shall be August 14, 2015.

Matters of special agreement

1. The current contract is the current state contract, and the certificate of registered matters, land cadastre, and land use planning confirmation sources are confirmed and entered into the contract.2. Two cases of establishing collateral security (the maximum bond amount of KRW 2.34 billion, the Kunsan City Fisheries Cooperatives) of this real estate are confirmed by the buyer. 3. The seller of this real estate is a conditional contract under which the completion of construction is written with respect to amusement and accommodation under construction within three months after the conclusion of the contract.

5. The balance under this Agreement is described on August 14, 2015, but may be advanced for the remainder payment date through mutual consultation.

8. It confirms that this contract is a contract to be entered into by a seller's agent and is a contract accompanied by a power of attorney for a seller's sales contract.

[Provided, That the certificate of personal seal impression for delegation (within one month from the date of issuance) shall be later attached. 9. The down payment of this contract shall be KRW 500 million, and the buyer shall pay KRW 270 million on the date of conclusion of the contract, and the remainder KRW 230 million shall be paid on May 26, 2015.

10. The seller shall be liable to the seller for any remaining 3.1 billion won of the real property as security at the time of the remainder.
