Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person operating C in Gangnam-si, and the land of Gangnam-si D (forest) and E (forest) is used as a road used by many outside people who are residents of the village, and the defendant sought purchase or compensation from Gangnam-si viewing or village.

At around 18:00 on October 31, 2014, the Defendant interfered with traffic by installing fences at height 0.9m, length 25m iron bars at a 9 households, such as village residents F, etc. who want to pass through the above road, and by obstructing the flow of many vehicles by residents, on the ground that the above land is not compensated or purchased.
