A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 21, 2015, at around 15:05, the Defendant: (a) driven the D bus stops in front of the D bus stops in C on May 21, 2015, while driving the 18 tons of freight vehicles in front of the D bus stops in U.S., and driving in the two-lanes from the front of the Blsan C to the front of the flive basin, the Defendant stopped between the two-lanes and the right-hand bus stops between the victim F (F, South, and 41) who was driving earlier, and then stopped between the two-lanes and the right-hand bus stops, thereby interfering with the Defendant’s flow of the freight vehicle, and the victim gets off the said bus behind the said bus, saying, “I will see why I will drive the vehicle.”

After that, immediately after the defendant driving again a cargo lane, the bus driving the victim driving along the same section as the one in the same section, and changing the two lanes into the one another, the defendant does not have any obstacle on the two-lane, which is the direction of the defendant's proceeding, so as to make the bus close close to the right side of the bus as it is almost fit with the bus driving at the first lane, and without securing the safety distance as it is, the victim cut in the first lane and let the bus drive it on the one-lane with the one-lane system without securing the safety distance.

Accordingly, the Defendant, using the above dangerous cargo vehicle, threatened the victim who is a bus driver.
