On February 15, 2014, at around 00:31, the Defendant driven B Sti-type vehicle from the front side of the Song-dong, Incheon-dong, Incheon, to the front side of the 119 East Incheon Jung-do, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.110% of the blood alcohol concentration.
