Punishment of the crime

1. Around 23:00 on January 12, 2015, the Defendant driven B car at a 100-meter rate from the 2nd exit area in Sungnam-dong, Sungnam-dong, Sungnam-dong, to the front road in the same 2223 from Sungnam-dong, Sungnam-dong, Sungnam-dong, to the “sumotour” road located in the same 2223.

2. On January 12, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car at 1 km from the roads 2223 in Sung-nam-dong, Sungnam-dong, Sungnam-dong to the 255-lane from the roads 2223, Sungnam-dong, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-dong, to the 255-lane, while under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of 0.159%.
