Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall allow any person to reach another person repeatedly in the form of code, words, sound, image, or picture that arouses fear or apprehension through an information and communications network.

Nevertheless, the Defendant: (a) took a vehicle in the name of the victim B and the Defendant; (b) took a vehicle in the name of the victim C; and (c) took a good appraisal of the fact that the Defendant received insurance money of nine million won, which may not be known to the Defendant; and (d) sent text messages that repeatedly cause apprehensions through the victim’s cell phone (D) through the victim’s cell phone, and sent them to the victim with a total of ten times,
