Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On 17:20 on 20 March 20, 2014, the Defendant driven a vehicle B i30km from approximately 13km to the fluent intersection located in the fluence of the Sin Jin-Eup, Songjin-gu, Songjin-si without obtaining a driver's license.
