A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Bsch Rexton car in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death and Injury caused by danger).

On December 4, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car at around 02:55, and driven the said car at around Kimpo-si, and was under the influence of alcohol content of 0.118% at a high school along the direction of “D” in front of “D” in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si.

In such cases, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle shall not operate a motor vehicle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and has a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by safely driving the motor vehicle, such as reporting the traffic situation well, accurately manipulating the steering gear, etc.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and was waiting for the signal at the intersection of the high school through which the Defendant was driving in the same direction due to influence of drinking, and received a part of the Ftra XG car followed by the said victim E (28 tax).

As a result, the Defendant suffered from these occupational negligence the victim E suffering from a scopic salt scopical scopical scopical scopical scopical scopical scopical scopical scopic scopic scopic scopic scopic scopic scopic scopic scopic scopics, tensionscopic scopic scopics, etc.

2. 도로 교통법위반( 음주 운전) 피고인은 전항과 같은 일시에 김포시 통 진 읍 마 송리에 있는 ‘ 뚱 가네’ 식당 앞 도로부터 전항의 사고 지점까지 약 200m 구간에서 혈 중 알콜 농도 0.118% 의 술에 취한 상태로 B 렉스 턴 승용차를 운전하였다.
