A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On October 31, 201, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 2 million for a crime of violation of road traffic law from the Gunsan Branch of the Jeonju District Court on October 31, 201, and a summary order of KRW 4 million for the same crime from the Hongsung Branch of the Daejeon District Court on November 8, 2017.

On January 12, 2018, the Defendant driving a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.106% in the section of about 200 meters from the front of the Dong-gu to the 25th of the Si-si-si-si road without obtaining a driver’s license under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.106%, without obtaining a driver’s license for the motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.106%.
