1. The defendant has been kept in the Gyeonggi-do Si Corporation with respect to the area of 708.6 square meters in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. (1) On October 17, 201, the E Union concluded a sales contract with the Gyeonggi-do Construction Corporation to purchase real estate listed in paragraph (1) of this case (hereinafter “instant real estate”) at KRW 2,356,932,00,00.

(2) On October 21, 201, the Plaintiff concluded a sales contract with the E Association to purchase the instant real estate in KRW 2,356,932,00.
